There will be daily guided meditations and workshops focusing on somatic practises incorporating elements of yoga, pilates and dance. You will be guided in movement aiming to release old stagnant energies. One morning, before sunrise, we will journey further up the mountain for a sunrise yoga experience against the backdrop of the majestic Himalayan sunrise in Methlang Village. The yoga hall at the Retreat venue is available for you to use on your own time as well.

We will dive into what vibrational therapy is and learn about the depth of gratitude and prayer. I will teach about the power of chi, how to protect yourself with and while channeling light and how to cleanse your aura field using the elements of Earth. We will bring in healing practises aiming to bring you out of survival state and into a heartfelt place of power and trust! You will have gained deeper insights and new tools as you journey home.

Nepal is a mountainous country yet there is water! And the water is found here at Fewa Lake, the heart of Pokhara. At the Retreat we are surrounded by rice fields and family, with the sounds of peace and the sights of mountains and sunsets. The venue is a family run place with their hearts at the core of their business.

Spirituality runs like blood in veins in a body through this country. Prayer, mindfulness, meditation and gratitude is a natural part of Nepali culture. We will journey to the World Peace Pagoda in Pokhara from which we will see the Annapurna mountain range and walk around to the sound of prayer flags blowing in the wind. We will explore local cuisine and eat with our bare hands. We will participant in a traditional Nepali ceremony and experience a country where Buddhism and Hinduism live in harmony side by side. It is a joy to introduce you to my friends, a place I call home and to Nepal's true allure.
