Price is 2200€

The price includes

  • 9 days and 8 nights accommodation in the serene surroundings of Pokhara

  • Double room with twin beds and a private bathroom in each room

  • 3 plant-based meals a day made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients

  • Private hired chef

  • Accommodation from October 28 - October 29. at a local hostel in Kathmandu of Anna’s choosing

  • Transportation to Pokhara via private hired bus from Kathmandu on October 28th

  • Accommodation from October 29th - October 30th at a local hostel in Pokhara of Anna’s choosing. Once you arrive with the private hired car in Pokhara you will be escorted to the hostel where you can stay together as a group. Next morning you will be escorted to the Retreat Venue where I will be awaiting you. The Retreat starts at 12pm on October 30th

  • Private hired guide

  • Rejuvenating spa treatments with private spa therapist / masseuses

  • All excursions when on the Retreat; including the World Peace Pagoda, boat ride, sunrise yoga trip, local lunch and surprises!

  • All transportation while on the Retreat and out with the group

  • Movement classes combining the art of Yoga, pilates, dance and Traditional Chinese Medicine by me and other teachers

  • Traditional Nepali ceremonies

  • Dinner at a local plant based Restaurant in Pokhara

Once you arrive at the Retreat venue on October 30th. you will be cared and catered for all expenses paid.

  • Personal shopping

  • Food and drinks if out on your own without the group

  • Accommodation before October 28th and after the Retreat

Payment

You can choose to pay the full amount up front or pay in rates. To secure your spot on Himalayan Soul Retreat you must pay 500€ when signing up.

Pay in Rates

You can choose to pay in rates of 1 or 2 with no extra cost.

  • Paying in 1 rate: 1700€ the following month upon sign up.

  • Paying in 2 rates: 850€ should be paid twice before September 1st. 2025.

*note: It is important that you take a screenshot of your transfer(s) and send the photo to me via email. International payment transactions can take a few days to process and the screenshot of your transfer, paid on time, will ensure that your spot is secured.

If in need to split the payment into 3 rates, send me an email.

*note: If the payments are not transferred on time the participant loses her spot. It is the participants own responsibility to transfer the money on time.

Private rooms

It is possible to book your spot with a private room. There is an apartment available at the Retreat location. This apartment is an extra 330€ cost for the full length of the Retreat. The apartment comes with a private bathroom, private kitchen, working desk, beautiful views and in general more private space.
There are 2 twin rooms available to book as a private room as well. Extra cost is 240€ for the full length of the Retreat. The rule applies: First come first served. To book a private room you must pay the added cost of the room when signing up. You can request a private room/apartment once filling out the Sign Up Form. If available it will be added to the price of your stay. View the place you will be staying here.
